OMG! Never bee to Otterbourne before, Met with road closures, explored parts of Hampshire courtesy of my sat nav that I'd not been to before! Phoned the wrong salon to say I was en route but, where on that route, I had no idea. Landed 20 minutes late!! Met by lovely people, Nicole & Sinead. They jiggled appts. to make it work! As always, great people, great advice. Came up with a plan courtesy of Sinead that I know will give me the results the past 12 months have. Just a lovely experience all around. And the salon is amazing! Can't wait for 2026. I know the rest of life might fall apart but my face will only be going up! Happy days, can't wait.

Perfect place to go for a relaxing environment. The treatments they do are spectacular and i would highly recommend this place if needed any sort of treatment for skin or a nice relaxing massage. The staff were superb and very polite. Will definitely be coming again.
